Job Description


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Communications Executive Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will help plan and deliver communication initiatives that keep our employees informed, engaged, and inspired. You’ll have a flair for effective networking and work closely with different teams and leaders to extract accurate briefs and requirements which ensure that messages are clear and consistent, while supporting projects that strengthen our positive and inclusive workplace culture. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational and project management skills who is eager to learn and grow in the field of internal communications.

1 Year of Experience in Internal Communication. Experience with CSR activations is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with the company's values, objectives and goals.
  • Create and distribute regular communication materials such as newsletters, memos, and internal announcements to inform employees about company news, events and initiatives.
  • Manage the company's intranet site, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging and informative for employees.
  • Partner with HR to develop and implement effective employee engagement and recognition programs.
  • Coordinate with senior leaders and other departments to ensure messaging is consistent across the organization.
  • Plan and execute company-wide events, including town halls, corporate meetings, CSR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve communication channels and make recommendations to enhance the employee experience.
  • Monitor and analyse feedback from employees to assess the effectiveness of communication efforts and make improvements as necessary.

Accountabilities:

  • Ensure cost-effective execution of internal communication initiatives.
  • Manage allocated communication budgets for employee engagement events.
  • Increase employee engagement through effective communication.
  • Maintain timely and accurate flow of company information.
  • Enhance employee experience by improving communication channels.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Communications, Media, or related specialization

Additional Information


Experience:

  • Minimum: 1 year in internal communication
  • Desired: 2 to 3 years in internal communication, with CSR exposure

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency in MS Office and intranet tools; Project management skills; Stakeholder coordination
  • Graphic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop), Event management skills, Data analysis of communication effectiveness
