Internal Marketing Lead

The Internal Marketing Lead at The AD Leaf Marketing Firm will drive inbound lead generation for our Growth & Franchise Divisions. Acting as the Brand Champion, this role oversees all internal marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency, innovation, and measurable success across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating leads, and executing marketing strategies that fuel company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or related roles.
• Proven expertise in SEO, email marketing, paid ads, and social media growth.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, PPC platforms, Basecamp, and Zapier.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skill.
