INTERNAL MEDICINE DOCTOR WIT DHA LICENSE

• Clinical Assessment: Conduct comprehensive physical exams, review patient history, and order/interpret diagnostic tests (lab work, imaging) to diagnose, treat, and prevent illnesses.
• Disease Management: Monitor and manage chronic, complex, or multi-system conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD.
• Patient Care: Provide primary, acute, and preventive care, including immunizations and lifestyle counseling.
• Treatment Planning: Prescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Coordination & Referrals: Refer patients to specialists when necessary, while managing the overall, long-term care plan.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential electronic medical records (EMR) of patient visits, test results, and treatments.
