Physicians & Psychologists have two options, conduct the examination at their own facility or at one of our clinics either in California or Nevada. where license is valid.

Requirements to join EvalOne Pro, LLC as an Independent Contractor

Valid Medical license in the state of California or

Valid psychological license with the California Board of Psychology

Valid Medical license in the State of Nevada or

Valid psychological license with the State of Nevada’s Board of Psychology
