Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)

Location: Columbia, Maryland

Schedule: Full-Time, 32-40 hours/week (no weekends)

Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients aged 18 and older.
• Manage chronic conditions, acute care, and womens health.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Work alongside a board certified internal medicine physician and 2 nurse practitioners to ensure high-quality care.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses.
