Internal Medicine Physician

About the RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our mobile care practice serving patients in assisted living facilities across Livingston, NJ. This unique opportunity combines clinical care with leadership responsibilities, offering flexibility and autonomy in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to adult and geriatric patients in assisted living settings
• Conduct routine visits, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate care with facility staff and families
• Supervise and mentor an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) within the practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Travel between facilities as needed (local travel only)

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Valid New Jersey medical license
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good driving record and reliable transportation required
