As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive care to adult patients, diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions. Your expertise will be essential in managing chronic diseases, conducting thorough physical examinations, and developing personalized treatment plans. What you’ll do

• Conduct detailed patient assessments to diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and track progress.
• Collaborate with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, and gastroenterology to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform procedures including suturing, IV infusion, and airway management as needed.
• Engage in clinical research to contribute to advancements in internal medicine.
• Provide health coaching and education to empower patients in managing their health.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient service and care delivery.

Basic qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution with board certification in Internal Medicine.
• Proficient in using EHR systems, particularly Epic, for efficient patient management.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical practices related to internal medicine.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in critical care settings or hospital medicine.
• Familiarity with medical imaging techniques such as CT scans and mammography.
• Background in behavioral health or psychiatry is a plus.
• Knowledge of coding systems including CPT and ICD for accurate billing processes.
• Experience with telehealth services to provide flexible patient care options.

Pay: $270,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
