• Contract Type: Permanent
• Shift: Days (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM)
• Hours/Week: 40
• Salary Range: $132/hr – $175/hr

Role Overview:

As an Internal Medicine / Geriatric Physician, you will provide primary and preventive care to a frail, elderly population. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to manage chronic conditions, coordinate specialty care, and support patients in maintaining independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and routine follow-ups for geriatric patients
• Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
• Provide medical oversight for acute and chronic conditions
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
• Coordinate care with specialists, therapists, and social workers
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record
• Deliver culturally competent care to a diverse, bilingual population

Qualifications:

• License: Current unrestricted medical license in California
• Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
• Experience: Prior experience working with geriatric patients required
• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Education: M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
• Certifications: Active DEA license
