About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Internal Medicine Specialist to join our medical team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career doctors who want to grow their practice while earning competitive commissions in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, treat, and manage internal medicine cases across a wide range of conditions.
• Conduct patient consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.
• Work collaboratively with other specialists and healthcare staff.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
• Promote high-quality patient care and follow up on patient progress.

Requirements

• MBBS and specialization in Internal Medicine.
• Valid DOH / HAAD License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver patient-focused care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: AED 3,000
• Attractive Commission: Minimum monthly commission of AED 20,000 (uncapped earning potential).
