• $10,000 sign-on bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join our growing practice. This is an ideal opportunity for a physician passionate about delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population—ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics—in a setting where patient relationships are the priority.

Our physicians typically see 10–15 patients per day, allowing time for thoughtful, personalized care. In this role, you will also supervise physician assistants and collaborate with a supportive care team to improve outcomes, particularly for underserved populations and uninsured patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics)
• Conduct comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans within allocated visit times
• Manage a daily panel of approximately 15 patients, with 20+ minute appointment slots
• Supervise and mentor physician assistants to maintain high standards of care
• Address the needs of underserved and uninsured populations
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, including nurses, case managers, and support staff
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in direct patient care across diverse populations
• Experience working with underserved and uninsured populations (strongly preferred)
• Prior supervisory experience with physician assistants (preferred)
• Strong communication and cultural competency skills
• Commitment to providing equitable, patient-centered care
