As part of our operations in Turkey, we are looking for “Internal Sales Engineer / Specialist” to join our teams at our İstanbul General Center Office. We seek team members who can combine technical knowledge with strong sales capabilities and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Role Summary


The Inside Sales Engineer/Specialist is responsible for managing and developing customer relationships, supporting the sales cycle from offer to order, coordinating technical and commercial inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role acts as a key bridge between customers, field sales teams, and internal departments.


Job Description


• Manage the end-to-end internal sales processes for electronic components and technical solutions.

• Support field sales teams with quotations, customer documentation, product availability, delivery information, and order follow-up.

• Prepare and track price offers, cost calculations, and commercial proposals in line with company policies.

• Understand customer requirements and provide the correct product, technical information, or alternative solutions. • Maintain regular communication with customers through phone, email, and online meetings; ensure customer satisfaction and timely feedback.

• Update CRM systems, customer data, forecast entries, and sales activities accurately.

• Collaborate closely with logistics, product management, finance, and external sales teams to ensure smooth order processing.

• Monitor customer order patterns, stock levels, and market trends to support sales strategies.

• Coordinate sample requests, lead times, technical documentation, and approvals when required.

• Support sales reporting, monthly dashboards, and performance tracking.


Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical-Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Industrial Engineering or related technical fields).

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer operations, technical sales support, or similar roles (electronics industry is an advantage).

• Strong command of English (written & verbal) is required.

• German proficiency is a strong plus (tercihen Almanca bilen).

• Experience with SAP, CRM systems, or other sales tools is preferred.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with high attention to detail and follow-up discipline.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.

• A team player with a proactive, dynamic, and result-oriented approach.
