INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (full-time)

TLS – Boca Systems (TLS), with offices in the Netherlands (HQ), Germany, UK, Italy, Spain, Poland, Dubai, Chile, Australia and China, is the largest distributor of Boca Systems Inc. Our core business is supplying thermal printers, tickets, printer spare parts and service contracts to theatres, museums, cinemas, leisure parks, stadiums, concert halls and ticketing networks.

For our Dubai DMCC office we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic

INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (full-time)

To support our International Account Managers and offices around the globe.

Main Duties & Job responsibilities:

Your initial focus will be on internal and intercompany sales. You handle incoming orders and inquiries from our international offices, have contact with transportation companies and assist the Account Managers in their daily operations. You will work closely with all members of the sales team but also with other colleagues from different departments within our company (graphic design, warehouse, technical support) and offer excellent customer service to external customers and our own sales offices abroad.

Requirements:

- Having a flexible, outgoing personality, with the ability to work in an international team and multicultural environment.

- English fluency (written and spoken) is a must. Besides that, knowledge of other languages like Arabic, Spanish, Italian, German or Chinese is a great asset.

- The right candidate has preferably finished a commercial study (Bachelor’s degree is mandatory).

- The candidate should have up to 5 years of working experience. Previous experience in a similar position and setting is preferred.

- Ideally the candidate would have experience in logistics, dealing with international shipping and freight forwarding agencies, and an understanding of customs and clearance procedures.

- Some general technical knowledge would be useful

- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and good communication skills are important. It is a big advantage if you have experience working with SAP, Unit4 (or similar) and CRM.
