Description:
Provide exceptional internal support to branch personnel regarding all deposit operation functions and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Perform internal help desk support for branch staff and customer support center.

Respond to customer requests received from branches and customer support center.

Research and resolve difficult issues forwarded from branches and customer support center including fraud and error investigations.

Complete and track all Reg E disputes and errors including fraud.

Complete all check adjustments.

Conduct quality control on new account setups, account maintenance and other department processing.

Track errors of quality control assessments daily.

Provide reporting on quality metrics and individual performance.

Maintain ATM accounts including balancing of ATM’s daily.

Monitor, contact, maintain and update debit card customers.
-
Daily balancing of Killbuck Savings Bank internal checking accounts and Bill Pay.

Monthly general ledger reconciliations.
-
Provide training on deposit processes to branch staff, deposit operations staff and customer support center.

Provide support and backup to other teams within the department as needed.
-
Maintain procedure documents and checklists for deposit accounts.
