We are seeking an experienced
Academic Consultant
to drive the adoption and effective implementation of Educational Initiatives (Ei) offerings in partner schools globally. The ideal candidate will combine pedagogical expertise with strong consultative skills to support schools in achieving measurable learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. School Engagement & Implementation

Ensure high utilization of Ei’s programs in allocated schools through:

Conducting training sessions, workshops, and review meetings.

Scheduling and leading stakeholder discussions (principals, teachers, coordinators).

Resolving school-specific issues by coordinating with internal teams (product, tech, sales).

Act as th
e single point of contact (SPO
C) for assigned schools, owning all tasks in the issue tracker and ensuring timely resolution.
2. Data-Driven Academic Support

Analyse and interpret student/teacher performance data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights.

Guide schools in using Ei’s diagnostic tools (e.g., misconception viewers, competency reports) to refine teaching strategies.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration.

Collect and act on feedback from teachers, students, parents, and school leaders to improve program delivery.

Work closely with
the sales
team to provide academic expertise during school onboarding and retention efforts.
4. Capacity Building

Develop schools’ self-sufficiency by training educators on Ei’s ecosystem (AQAD, DIKSHA, webinars.)

Demonstrate and advocate for best practices in competency-based learning and data-driven instruction.
Competencies & Qualifications.
1. Essential:Education & Expe
rience:

Master’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or Social Sciences.5+ years of hands-on teaching/training experience in K-12 schools.

Proven track record in interpreting educational data (e.g., assessments, learning anal
ytics).
