International Accounting Supervisor/Manager

Hanna Instruments, an industry leader in laboratory instrumentation for analytical testing, is looking for a talented International Accounting Supervisor/Manager to join our International Accounting team. The International Accounting Supervisor/Manager will be responsible for overseeing weekly, monthly and yearly financial reporting for all our international entities. The ideal candidate for this position should have 5+ years of public accounting experience and a college degree in accounting.

Responsibilities of the International Accounting Supervisor/Manager:

• Review annual international financial packages.
• Review monthly uploads to EPM system including communicating with international entities to reconcile data as needed.
• Help develop, improve and manage EPM reporting.
• Prepare global consolidated financial statements.
• Review budgets/forecasts of international entities, evaluate results, improve process.
• Work closely with the Manager to help develop and administer financial review/auditing processes.
• Work with various legal entities to help identify and implement improvements regarding reporting, controls, and general accounting processes.
• Ad Hoc projects as required.

Qualifications & Skills required for the International Accounting Supervisor/Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 7+ years of Public accounting experience
• CPA or pursuit of credentials is highly preferred
• Fundamental knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with IFRS
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple engagements
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Planful or similar EPM system a plus
