International Activations & Distributor Support Manager / Chocolate/ Dubai (Global Travel Role)

We are seeking a highly energetic and field-driven International Activations & Distributor Support Manager to travel across markets and ensure excellent on-ground execution of brand activations, trade campaigns, and distributor programs.

This role acts as the bridge between headquarters strategy and real-world execution - supporting distributors, retail partners, and activation teams to deliver high-quality brand presence and promotional impact.

The ideal candidate thrives in travel, field operations, and live brand environments, and has strong experience in trade marketing, activations, and distributor management.

Key Responsibilities: Global Activations Execution
  • Travel to international markets to plan and execute brand activations and campaigns.
  • Support on-ground delivery of:
  • retail activations
  • sampling campaigns
  • pop-ups
  • trade shows
  • mall events
  • in-store promotions
  • Ensure activations follow brand standards and experience guidelines.
  • Supervise local agencies and activation crews.
Distributor Support & Capability Building
  • Work closely with distributors to support marketing and activation execution.
  • Train distributor teams on:
  • activation standards
  • display guidelines
  • promo execution
  • brand storytelling
  • Provide on-site support during key launches and campaigns.
  • Help distributors plan local activation calendars aligned with HQ strategy.
Retail & Trade Execution Support
  • Audit in-store execution and promotional displays.
  • Ensure POS materials and displays are correctly implemented.
  • Support key retail launches and promo rollouts.
  • Coordinate with trade marketing and sales teams.
Activation Planning & Logistics Coordination
  • Coordinate activation materials shipment and setup requirements.
  • Ensure kits, displays, sampling stock, and POS materials arrive on time.
  • Work with supply chain and export teams on activation logistics.
Field Reporting & Feedback
  • Submit structured market visit and activation reports.
  • Capture:
  • photos
  • execution quality
  • footfall
  • partner feedback
  • competitor activity
  • Provide improvement recommendations to HQ teams.
Market Intelligence & Insights
  • Gather insights from distributors and retailers.
  • Identify local opportunities for:
  • new activation formats
  • partnerships
  • community programs
  • Share best practices across markets.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 5-9 years experience in activations, trade marketing, or field marketing (FMCG preferred).
  • Strong experience working with distributors and international markets.
  • Proven track record in brand activation execution.
  • Excellent training and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and execution-focused.
  • Comfortable managing agencies and vendors.
  • Strong presentation and reporting ability.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
Travel Requirement

High - 40-70% international travel

Flexible schedule required based on campaign and launch calendars.
