Let's talk about your future role!

As part of SKEMA's development strategy, the Admissions & Marketing Manager is responsible for recruiting future SKEMA students for all programs offered on the Dubai campus and also participates in promoting the entire SKEMA programs portfolio across its various campuses. He/she supervises and implements targeted promotional activities, combining fieldwork and operational marketing tasks.

He/she works closely with the managers of the DDMA team (International Admissions, Marketing, Commercial Administration) as well as the Brand Management team, the Alumni team, etc.

As such, your main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Develop the marketing and sales plan in close collaboration with the DDMA Department to increase recruitment on the Dubai campus in particular

  • Implement all program promotion and marketing activities

  • Organise recruitment and visibility initiatives (physical or digital) to promote SKEMA and its programs to various target candidates and influencers (head teachers, teachers, agents, companies, etc.)

  • Manage prospects (respond to requests for information, e-mailing, lead processing) until they become enrolled students and update the CRM

  • Oversee all activities (trade shows, conferences, forums, digital campaigns, etc.): monitor and analyse performance in conjunction with the DDMA Department

  • Ensure the production of numerous digital events.

  • Ensure the promotion of our Dubai social media by highlighting our events organised on campus through video recordings of various speakers (directors, teachers, students, guest speakers, etc.) and manage the social media editorial calendar (in collaboration with the Marketing team).

  • Organise the recruitment, training and coordination of ‘ambassadors’

  • Analyse the competition (quarterly benchmark)

  • Contribute to the annual budget process and ensure daily monitoring of the Dubai Admissions & Marketing budget

Plan numerous trips to the Middle East in particular (high availability)


Your strengths and little extras

  • With a master's degree from a business school and a strong interest in marketing and communications, you have at least 5 years' professional experience in sales and marketing, ideally in B2C and in the field of education or consulting. Proven experience in implementing marketing campaigns is also required.

  • You are proficient in video production and design as well as content creation for social media. You are well versed in digital marketing tools and platforms.

  • Knowledge of CRM and data tools is essential, as is fluency in English, French and Arabic

  • You demonstrate genuine commercial acumen as well as excellent persuasion, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You are independent, rigorous and highly organised, and you demonstrate proactivity, creativity and an innovative spirit.

  • Finally, you enjoy working in a team and coordinating with other departments
