Job Description:

We are hiring a proactive and research-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist to identify and connect with international buyers for our textile products, including fabric, bedding, and towels. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, initiating outreach, and supporting business expansion in global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential international clients (importers, wholesalers, retailers)
• Generate B2B leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Alibaba, Google, trade directories
• Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
• Build and maintain a database of prospects and follow-ups
• Coordinate with sales team for conversion of leads into clients
• Analyze market trends and target new regions for business expansion

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B lead generation or international sales (preferably textile industry)
• Strong skills in online research and data extraction
• Familiarity with platforms like LinkedIn, Alibaba, etc.
• Good English communication (written + verbal)
• Basic understanding of export/import processes is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-oriented

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
