Tech BPO is currently hiring enthusiastic and confident Outbound Calling Agents for our international Pre-Construction Estimation, Designing, and Drafting Services campaign.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in international markets.
• Introduce company services and generate interest in our solutions.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–6 months of experience in an international outbound calling campaign is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 (depending on interview performance, English communication skills, and mock call evaluation).
