The International Brand Manager will drive the execution and localization of global brand strategies across international markets, ensuring alignment with Atelier Rebul’s positioning and delivering a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints. The role combines strategic brand management with operational excellence in retail and marketing, balancing global consistency with local adaptation to achieve strong commercial performance and premium customer experience.

Job Description

Manage and align country-level marketing calendars with global strategies, ensuring timely execution of product launches and campaigns.

Localize and oversee implementation of global brand campaigns, ensuring relevance to market needs while protecting brand equity.

Develop and maintain global brand guidelines, toolkits, and training materials for consistent application across all markets.

Act as the central liaison between HQ and country teams, providing clear direction and follow-up on execution.

Audit retail environments and consumer touchpoints to ensure alignment with HQ standards.

Support retail rollouts, store design adaptations, and visual merchandising execution in collaboration with design and VM teams.

Drive in-store visibility, activations, and customer experience initiatives tailored to local markets.

Collect, analyze, and report customer experience feedback, translating insights into actionable improvements.

Evaluate and coordinate new product requests from markets, ensuring alignment with profitability targets and brand positioning.

Monitor and analyze sales performance by market, identifying opportunities, risks, and corrective actions.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Build and maintain relationships with franchisees, agencies, vendors, and research partners to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a top-tier university (master’s degree preferred).

7+ years of experience in brand management, retail marketing, or customer experience roles—preferably in retail, FMCG, luxury or fashion brand retail .

Proven track record in managing multi-market operations, balancing global strategy with local execution.

Strong analytical and commercial acumen; ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
