Position: Business Development Executive (Future Head of BD)

Alvi Global Enterprises is a multi-brand technology holding company operating across the UK, US, and Pakistan, with expansion into the Gulf. Through Orions Technology, we deliver $100K+ projects across software development, AI/ML, cloud, ERP, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
Role Overview
We are hiring our first dedicated Business Development Executive to build our global pipeline from scratch. Your primary responsibility will be identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and securing meetings with decision-makers. The Director will handle deal closures.
Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify and engage global clients and partners
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Director
  • Conduct market and company research
  • Report weekly on pipeline performance
  • Target Clients
  • Enterprises & mid-market companies ($50K–$500K+)
  • Agencies and IT staffing firms
  • Prime contractors (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, IBM, EY)

  • Excellent English communication
  • Experience with international clients (preferred)
  • Strong research and outreach skills
  • Self-driven with ability to work night/split shifts

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per hour
