Role Summary
Own the end-to-end partner acquisition and enablement lifecycle to expand our global business associate network. You will identify, outreach, qualify, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements, then onboard and grow those partners to deliver revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a country/region-wise target list of potential business associates, resellers, or franchise/agent partners.
- Run multi-channel cadences (email, LinkedIn, calls etc) to secure qualified meetings.
- Assess capability, territory fit, business model, and basic compliance/KYC before progressing.
- Drive the full cycle—NDA → proposal → commercials → MoU/LOI → partnership agreement (including territory/exclusivity, fee/revenue-share, SLAs, and payment terms).
- Lead terms negotiation to signature using e-signature tools; coordinate with Legal/Finance/Operations for smooth execution.
- Deliver kick-off, training, co-branded collateral, pricing sheets, and access to systems;
- Run QBRs, forecast pipelines, co-create campaigns, resolve issues, and achieve joint targets.
- Ensure correct brand, accreditation/claims usage, and policy adherence in partner marketing.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, weekly activity reports, and monthly forecasts.
