Experience:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and tailored proposals that align with specific client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to achieve or exceed established sales targets.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams—such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development—to support a unified and successful sales strategy.
- Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients across the UK and US markets through cold calling, email campaigns, and online prospecting.
- Execute a high volume of outbound calls to generate new leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Gain a deep understanding of client requirements and market trends to effectively position Emerald Telecom’s software solutions.
- Utilize CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, manage activities, and maintain accurate, up-to-date sales documentation.
