Experience:
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and customized proposals that address each client’s unique needs.
- Negotiate agreements and close deals efficiently, consistently meeting or surpassing sales goals.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to boost satisfaction and uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to contribute to a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients in the UK and US through cold calling, email outreach, and online prospecting.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to generate new leads and convert them into well-qualified sales opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of client needs and market trends to effectively position Emerald Telecom’s software solutions.
- Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads, track activities, and maintain precise, up-to-date sales records.
