Concept Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced International Business operations Professional to join our growing team!

Position: Leader / Manager – International Business

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, International Trade, or related field

Experience: 5+ years in International Business / Exports within the pharmaceutical industry

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage and expand our International Business operations in regulated and semi-regulated markets. The role involves handling overseas clients, distributors, exports, and business development activities to drive global growth of our pharmaceutical portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

International Business Development

• Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities
• Appoint, manage, and maintain relationships with overseas distributors and clients
• Handle negotiations, pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
• Achieve export sales targets and market expansion goals

Export & Documentation

• Coordinate export orders, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation
• Work closely with logistics, finance, and production teams for smooth order execution
• Monitor payment collections, LC documentation, and receivables

Product & Market Coordination

• Promote company products in international markets
• Coordinate product registrations, dossiers, and regulatory requirements (as applicable)
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Support participation in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and conferences

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, International Trade, or related field

· 2–8 years of experience in International Business / Exports within the pharmaceutical industry

· Strong knowledge of export procedures and international pharma markets

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

· Willingness to travel internationally as required

· Knowledge of pharma product registration and regulatory coordination

· Strong analytical and commercial acumen

· Self-driven with the ability to work independently
