Salary: Up to AED 271,000 + 193,000 OTE

About the Role
As an International Business Development Manager (BDM) , youâll play a pivotal role in driving SaaS revenue growth across international markets. Youâll identify key decision-makers, build strong relationships, and deliver value-driven solutions that transform education. This is a high-impact role with opportunities for global exposure and travel.
What Youâll Do
â Exceed sales targets and KPIs
â Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive outreach
â Deliver compelling product demonstrations to senior stakeholders
â Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM data
â Develop deep knowledge of Tesâs product portfolio and market positioning
â Forge long-term partnerships with C-level decision-makers
