Nextwebi IT Solutions is a fast-growing technology and digital transformation company delivering custom web applications, SaaS platforms, AI-driven solutions, and digital marketing services to global clients.
We are now expanding into the USA market through a White-Label Agency Partnership model and are looking for a highly driven International Business Development Manager to lead this initiative.
This is not a typical sales job. We are looking for a strategic, internationally exposed Business Development professional who can:
- Build partnerships with US-based marketing agencies
- Close high-value software development contracts in USD
- Position Nextwebi as a white-label technology partner
- Develop a predictable global revenue pipeline
- Identify and build partnerships with US-based marketing agencies, SaaS companies, and digital consultancies.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies (cold email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals).
- Conduct discovery calls, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals in USD with structured proposals and timelines.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Create and manage white-label partnership models (project-based and retainer-based).
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery handover.
- Represent Nextwebi in international client meetings and partnership discussions.
- Provide weekly reporting on pipeline health, forecasts, and conversion metrics.
- 5+ years of experience in IT services / SaaS sales or business development.
- Experience selling to US / UK / international markets is preferred.
- Strong understanding of web development, SaaS, and custom software solutions.
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals (preferably in USD).
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong client-facing confidence.
- Consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to build a sales process from scratch and work with clear KPIs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Experience in white-label / offshore sales or agency partnership models.
- Existing US agency network and contacts.
- Experience closing $5,000+ projects and retainers.
- Exposure to SaaS subscription or retainer-based selling.
- 200+ targeted outreach conversations per month
- 10–15 qualified discovery calls per month
- 2–3 partnership closures per quarter
- Build recurring international revenue stream
