We are looking for a competent and experienced International Client Support Officer to manage client coordination, government documentation, handle tax matters and compliance-related matters in the UAE. This job offers excellent opportunity to a suitable candidate to join a fastest growing UAE-focused firm while working from home country i.e. Pakistan.
Key Job Responsibilities
UAE Business Setup & PRO Services
- Coordinate company formation (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Handle trade license issuance, renewal, and amendments,
- Handle tenancy renewals and tenancy attestation.
Visa & Immigration Services
- Process VISAs (employee, investor, partner, family), residency permits, labor cards, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Coordinate Emirates ID, medical tests, biometrics, and visa stamping
- Liaise with Free Zone authorities
Taxation & Compliance
- Assist and coordinate VAT registration, VAT filing, and VAT deregistration
- Support Corporate Tax registration and Corporate Tax return filing
- Ensure compliance with FTA regulations and UAE tax laws
Client Handling & Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact with clients.
- Handle client inquiries related to UAE business setup, visa & immigration, taxation compliance etc.
- Ensure timely updates and professional communication via email, calls, and messages with the clients and internal departments.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with accounts, tax, and operations teams for smooth service delivery
- Maintain SOPs and compliance checklists/deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Commerce, or related field preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience as a PRO or Client Relationship Officer or VAT Specialist.
- Preference will be given to candidates having:
- Hands-on knowledge of VAT filing and Corporate Tax processes
- Experience with UAE portals (FTA & Free Zones) is preferred
- Proven PRO experience in the UAE.
