Job Summary

The Umrah Travel Agent will work for a UK-based travel agency specializing in Umrah services. The role involves advising UK clients on Umrah packages, managing bookings and visa processing, and ensuring full compliance with UK travel regulations and Saudi Umrah requirements, while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and manage Umrah packages for clients based in the United Kingdom
• Advise pilgrims on Umrah packages, travel dates, hotels, and pricing
• Process Umrah visas in line with Saudi regulations and the Nusuk platform
• Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation from the UK to Saudi Arabia
• Coordinate with UK airlines, Saudi hotels, transport providers, and Umrah partners
• Ensure accuracy of travel documents (passport, visa, tickets, ATOL documentation if applicable)
• Provide pre-departure briefings tailored to UK travelers
• Handle group and individual Umrah bookings
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and emergency travel situations
• Maintain accurate client records and booking files

Required Qualifications

• English Spoken Required
• Experience working with a UK-based Umrah or travel agency preferred or fresher
• Knowledge of Saudi Umrah regulations and visa processes
• Familiarity with UK travel standards (ATOL/ABTA knowledge is an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to work during peak Umrah seasons
