International Customer Support Executive

Job description

Fluent English to speak is compulsory.

Only Night Shift.

Any Software/Technical Experience is required.

Manage incoming and outgoing calls for customer service inquiries.

Provide information about products and services.

Keep records of customer interactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
