Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced International Customer Support Executive for our Logistics Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling international clients, managing shipment-related queries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle international customer inquiries via email, calls, and chat
- Provide real-time updates on shipments and logistics operations
- Coordinate with internal logistics and operations teams for issue resolution
- Manage complaints, delays, and escalation cases professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction
- Follow company SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support (preferably logistics or international support)
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken)
- Ability to work night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
- Experience in handling international clients is a plus
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
