3+ years of minimum Field Service Technician experience is required
- Strong experience with electrical assembly, PLC, and HMI systems is highly preferred
- Competitive pay range of $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Travel is required (10–25% overall), around 10% is international travel (Europe, Mexico, Canada)
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required

The Duties and Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support, both on-site globally and in-house at the production facility:
- Support customers on-site and remotely to install, troubleshoot, and service custom-built industrial equipment.
- Conduct frequent field service trips (10–25% travel), including international locations, serving as the face of the company to customers throughout North America, Europe, Mexico, and Canada.
- Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly of 3DT systems during non-service time, followed by thorough system testing.
- Apply exceptional technical and problem-solving skills to quickly diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues.
- Communicate effectively and clearly with customers, team members, and internal departments.
- Maintain professionalism, demonstrating a self-motivated approach and a collaborative work ethic in both the shop environment and on customer sites.
The Background of the Successful Candidate

3–5 years of experience with electrical and mechanical systems as a Field Service Technician, including travel via vehicle or airplane.
- A highly technical, travel-ready professional with strong aptitude and a customer-focused mindset
- Demonstrated electrical and mechanical aptitude is essential.
- Experience with electrical assembly and expertise in reading schematics and troubleshooting control systems (including PLCs and HMIs). PLC programming experience is a significant plus.
- Must possess exceptional technical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and clearly with diverse audiences (customers, engineers, production staff).
- Must be self-motivated, organized, a great team worker, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- A US citizen or possess a green card, with a residence within a 45min commuting distance of Menomonee Falls, WI.
