International Finance & Administrative Manager
to be assigned to our
international (expatriate) projects
and overseas operations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields,

Minimum
10 years of experience
in finance and administrative management,
-
Strong background in
international / overseas construction projects
(preferred),
-
Fluent in English
(spoken and written),
-
Advanced user of
MS Office
applications,
-
Strong knowledge of
ERP systems
(experience with
IFS
is an advantage),
-
Proven
leadership and team management
skills,
-
Strong communication, coordination, and
stakeholder management
abilities,
-
High level of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail,

Strong analytical thinking and
decision-making capabilities

Key Responsibilities
-
Represent the company and manage relationships with
local authorities and institutions
, including banks, labor authorities, consultancy firms, and consulates,
-
Manage the
financial and legal responsibilities
of company setup (mobilization) and closure (demobilization) processes in assigned countries and cities,
-
Oversee all
legal, tax, and statutory obligations
in operating countries and ensure timely preparation and submission of
IFRS-compliant financial and management reports
,

Lead and manage the
accounting and administrative teams
, preparing monthly and periodic reports for senior management,
-
Supervise
branch and site-level administrative operations
, including visa and work permit processes in coordination with Head Office HR,
-
Monitor and ensure compliance with
local tax, social security, and labor legislation
, coordinating with external auditors, certified accountants, and advisors,
-
Manage
contract execution
, powers of attorney, and
corporate / commercial law
processes,
-
Provide comprehensive
financial, human resources, material, and operational support
to international projects,
-
Ensure compliance with
Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
regulations and implement preventive measures to safeguard employees and operations.
