JD & Responsibilities:
1. Explore the international market to develop new business opportunities.
2. Identify and build relationships with potential buyers that includes corporates, distributors and trade partners.
3. Prepare and send commercial proposals, quotations, and product specs to onboard new customers.
4. Conduct market research to identify new regions, trends, and potential clients.
5. Handle customer inquiries, share company & product literature, negotiation and order closure.
6. Internal coordination with production, logistics and documentation teams to ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.
7. Maintain regular communication with clients for order updates, feedback, and after-sales support.
8. Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer-seller meets to promote products.
9. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
10. Prepare periodic sales reports, presentations and forecasts for management review.
Qualification, Experience, Skills & Budget:
1. Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or Commerce.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export sales, preferably in B2B and in the food or allied industry.
3. Strong understanding of foreign trade policies, DGFT procedures, INCOTERMS and export incentives.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of geo-political scenarios would be an added advantage.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or ERP systems. Should be able to make PPT presentations
6. Required to travel internationally whenever required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
