Responsibilities

• Law Degree with 3+ years of experience in international legal roles.
• Strong expertise in foreign jurisdictions and international corporate law.
• Fluency in English (Upper Intermediate or higher) with proven experience in drafting and analyzing English language legal documents.
• Proficiency in contract law-drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
• Knowledge of international company registration and compliance procedures, including due diligence, KYC, and legal risk analysis.
• Experience working with foreign banks, international projects, and digital legal tools (electronic document flow, task management systems).
• Preferred: Prior interaction with UAE based regulators and state authorities.
• Business oriented legal mindset with the ability to apply practical solutions to legal challenges.
• Proactive problem solving approach with strong analytical skills in legal risk assessment.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with global partners, legal teams, audit firms, and service providers.
