Job Title: Inbound Customer Service and Sales Representative (International – Inbound)

Location: Main Shahra e Faisal
Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift) MON-FRI

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our international customer support team. The role involves handling inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from international customers and provide prompt resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Prior experience in inbound or outbound customer service is appreciated.
• Ability to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
