PIF is seeking a candidate to join International Infrastructure Investments team to lead origination, execution, and portfolio management of major international infrastructure transactions. This role offers an unparalleled platform to deploy significant capital globally, shape strategic partnerships, and contribute to one of the world’s most influential investment programs.

PIF’s International Infrastructure Investments team manages one of the largest and fastest-growing infrastructure investment mandates globally, with a diversified portfolio spanning transportation, energy, digital, utilities, and social infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead origination and execution of direct and fund investments across global infrastructure sectors.
  • Manage valuation, due diligence, and structuring of complex cross-border transactions.
  • Drive end-to-end investment committee approvals and underwriting of transactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with global partners, investors, and operators.
  • Support active asset management to drive long-term value creation.
  • Contribute to portfolio strategy, sectoral prioritization, and capital deployment planning.
  • Mentor and develop junior professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.


Qualifications / Years of Experience


  • Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure private equity, sovereign wealth funds, investment banking, or institutional investment management.
  • Proven track record executing complex, cross-border infrastructure transactions.
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure sectors and investment structures.
  • Exceptional financial modeling, strategic thinking, and negotiation capabilities.
