Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic International IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across global markets. This role requires expertise in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top IT talent internationally, while navigating diverse cultural and regional hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and workforce needs.
• Source candidates globally through job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of IT professionals for future hiring needs.
• Develop employer branding strategies to attract international talent.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hiring regulations across regions.
• Represent IFI Techsolutions at international job fairs, conferences, and networking events.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in international IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of IT roles (cloud, software development, cybersecurity, DevOps, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Knowledge of global employment practices and visa/work permit processes is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
