• Proposal writing & client handling
• Basic knowledge of Web/App/Digital services
• Confident English communication

Senior Level (1–3 Years)

• Proven deal-closing record
• Revenue generation through Upwork
• Strong negotiation & project estimation
• Sales funnel & client relationship management
