International Lead Generation Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, generating, and qualifying leads from international markets, maintaining client communication, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate high-quality international leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, email marketing, online directories, and other digital tools
• Research and target potential international clients according to company services
• Initiate communication with prospects via email, chat, and calls
• Qualify leads and forward them to the sales team for conversion
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups using CRM systems
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in international lead generation (IT or services industry preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Excellent computer skills, including CRM tools, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
• Strong research, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with international clients (USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and lead databases
• Understanding of sales funnels and client conversion processes
