International Logistics Specialist

Which tasks is the " International Logistics Specialist" responsible for at FLO?

• Oversee LSPs day to day operations, create orders in system and follow up it,
• Establish KPIs and work with LSPs to ensure product is picked, packed and shipped in accordance with agreed-upon KPIs,
• Manage LSPs forecasting process to ensure labor is scheduled and scales for peak periods,
• Provide support for the planning team to ensure efficient planning and execution of the warehouse stocks,
• Focus on operational workflow improvements to maximize the efficiency of the logistics processes,
• Control invoices issued by LSP,
• Prepare and reports that allow to track logistics operations and expences.

• If you have a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or an equivalent discipline,
• If you are fluent in written and spoken English,
• If you have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse management, international logistics, 3PL management, e-trade & distribution, and retail sector experience is a plus,
• If you have excellent knowledge of Excel applications,
• If you have good knowledge of ERP (SAP) & WMS tools, and see it as a plus,
• If you have strong communication skills,
• If you are a team player with excellent communication abilities, we look forward to your application.
