International Markets Group Medical Manager

Abdi İbrahim, Turkish pharmaceutical industry leader, was founded in 1912 in Istanbul by Pharmacist Abdi Nadir İbrahim Bey. From a small pharmacy, we have grown into a global healthcare company with over 500 products, nearly 250 brands, and collaborations with 30 licensors developed in partnership with 30 licensors , Abdi İbrahim has been the market leader of the Turkish pharmaceutical industry since 2002.


Today, Abdi İbrahim carries out its operations with its own teams in 17 countries outside Turkey and exports to more than 70 countries worldwide – from Canada to the European Union, from North Africa to Asia.


With the first accredited R&D Center in the Turkish pharmaceutical sector , our facilities represent the highest technological standards. In Istanbul, our Esenyurt complex hosts a state-of-the-art R&D Center, chemical product plant, AbdiBio – Turkey’s largest biotechnology production facility, a hormone and ophthalmology production area, and a sterile injectable & oncology production facility. Beyond Turkey, we also operate R&D centers and manufacturing plants in Kazakhstan and Algeria .

Now, we are seeking a dedicated International Markets Group Medical Manager .


Qualifications

  • University degree in Faculty of Medicine,
  • Preferably a minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry,
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools,
  • No restrictions for traveling internationally,
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and align medico-marketing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Regulatory, Market Access, Sales) to ensure scientific accuracy and commercial relevance,
  • Ensure that all marketing strategies and promotional materials are aligned with current clinical guidelines, product positioning, and the needs of healthcare professionalses,
  • Take an active role in business development and product development activities, conducting product researches that can be included in the portfolio in the therapeutic areas for which it is responsible and making product recommendations, make medical evaluations of product suggestions received through the system,
  • Ensure that all sales and marketing teams are trained with the most up-to-date product information,
  • Follow the compliance of the Medical Business Plans of the teams / countries / markets under his responsibility with the international strategy, to perform the necessary audits and report,
  • Design the work and working methodologies and annual calendar of medical teams,
  • Reviewing Monitor the team's performance and to support their personal development.
