Job Summary/Role Overview:
The International Sales & Markets Manager is the primary driver of revenue growth for EVA Vet Science across the GCC, with heavy emphasis on the KSA market. This role combines strategic market development with high-stakes sales execution, ensuring that our veterinary medicines and vaccines reach peak market share through aggressive sales strategies and robust distributor networks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. International Sales & Revenue Growth
Direct Sales Accountability: Own and deliver the annual sales budget (top-line revenue) for KSA and the GCC region.
Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth across both the pharmaceutical and vaccine portfolios.
Tender Management: Lead the participation in large-scale government and private sector tenders (e.g., Ministry of Agriculture, large-scale poultry/dairy integrations).
Discount & Pricing Authority: Manage regional pricing structures to balance competitive market entry with healthy profit margins.
2. Market Segmentation & Analysis
Execute data-driven segmentation (e.g., Ruminant, Poultry, Companion) to pinpoint where EVA Vet Science can achieve the highest ROI.
Map out the competitive landscape to identify gaps in the market that our current portfolio can fill.
3. Distributor Selection & Performance
Source and onboard distributors with "feet on the ground" in KSA and other GCC states.
Shift from a "passive export" model to an "active sales" model by co-visiting key accounts with distributor reps to close major deals.
4. Portfolio Management
Tailor the product mix for each country, ensuring the most profitable and high-demand vaccines and medicines are prioritized for registration and launch
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicines.
•3-5 years of experience in International Sales field for Animal Health or Pharmaceutical products is a must.
•Specialized knowledge of animal health products, including their application, market trends, and veterinary needs.
•Business English proficiency.
