Job Description


As part of our International Markets Sales & Marketing team, you will take an active role in expanding our overseas operations and driving sustainable business growth. The position offers flexibility in title and scope — from Specialist to Manager level , depending on experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking part in strategic projects related to our future operations in India
  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies in India
  • Conducting market research and monitoring competitive and regulatory trends
  • Managing distributor and partner relations to ensure successful market performance
  • Creating annual sales and marketing plans, setting targets, and tracking performance
  • Coordinating marketing activities, campaigns, and participation in international fairs and exhibitions
  • Collaborating closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency


Qualifications


We are looking for highly motivated and internationally minded professionals who meet the following qualifications:

  • This position is open exclusively to Indian nationals residing in Turkey
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics, Biological Sciences, or related fields
  • Advanced command of English (both written and spoken) is a must; a native speaker of Hindi or any other language is a strong asset
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or export — preferably within the pharmaceutical, OTC, dermocosmetic, or consumer health sectors
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments
  • Open to relocation and fully flexible to move to India to manage future operations, with no travel restrictions.
