General Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree,
• Advanced proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English, German, Russian, Bulgarian, or French (multilingual candidates are highly valued),
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in health tourism ( experience in hair transplantation, sleeve gastrectomy, or plastic surgery is a strong advantage ),
• Strong communication, customer focus, and organizational skills,
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on applications received through the Call Center,
• Schedule and track appointments generated via digital or direct marketing channels,
• Communicate with potential international patients and provide information on healthcare tourism services,
• Identify sales opportunities and close deals,
• Prepare and present tailored price quotations for medical packages,
• Enter and update customer data into the company systems,
• Achieve sales targets through phone-based consultations and facilitate potential conversions.
