International Meta Ads Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing team.
Our company specializes in web design and graphic design services, working with multiple brands and clients across various industries. We are focused on generating high-quality leads and conversions through strategic and performance-driven ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute advertising strategies on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) specifically for web design, branding, and graphic design services, aligned with client objectives and business goals.

Ad Creation & Optimization:
Create compelling ad copies tailored to design services, coordinate with the design team for high-converting creatives (portfolios, mockups, before/after visuals), and continuously optimize ads for better performance.

Audience Targeting & Research:
Identify and target businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs interested in website development, branding, and design services. Utilize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies to maximize qualified leads.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze key metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS), focusing on lead generation for design services. Provide actionable insights and optimization strategies.

Budget Management:
Efficiently manage ad spend to generate cost-effective leads for web and graphic design projects while maintaining strong ROI.

A/B Testing:
Test different ad creatives (design styles, portfolios, offers), messaging, and audience segments to identify the best-performing combinations.

Collaboration with Design & Content Teams:
Work closely with internal designers to ensure ad creatives showcase high-quality portfolios, UI/UX work, branding projects, and case studies.

Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
Keep up with the latest Meta Ads trends as well as web design and graphic design industry trends to improve campaign performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in running Meta Ads campaigns, preferably for web design, digital agencies, or creative services
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, optimization, audience targeting)
  • Solid understanding of lead generation strategies for service-based businesses
  • Experience with tracking tools such as Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics
  • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on converting service-based audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
