We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in Dubai to assist with our international operations.

The successful candidate will have experience working in multiple sectors and geographies and a clear understanding of payroll inputs and outputs. The role will also entail reconciliations of bank accounts, invoice management and contract issuance. Priority will be given to applicants with demonstrable experience of these elements.

Core Responsibilities

  • Supports first-time quality execution of payroll for countries as assigned to ensure accurate and timely payroll processes
  • Addresses employees’ inquiries by providing prompt resolutions
  • Facilitates issue resolution by engaging with clients, employees and partners
  • Supports preparation for complex payroll
  • Ensures robust payroll process documentation
  • Ensures and maintains compliance and provides inputs for improving internal controls

Essential Requirements

  • English speaking, including reading and writing at a high level, is required for this role.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, ideally internationally
  • Experience with payroll platforms and Zoho One suite of products
  • Understanding of pre-payroll requirements, exception scenarios and ability to analyse and troubleshoot post-payroll discrepancies
  • Ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
