Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop reliable suppliers and manufacturers in China for company products.
- Manage end-to-end import process — from vendor communication to shipment delivery.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and shipment schedules with Chinese vendors.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA agents, and customs for timely import clearance.
- Handle product sourcing, quality check, and sample approvals from China.
- Maintain and expand the network of Chinese vendors / agents / Alibaba contacts.
- Prepare import-related documentation (PI, Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.).
- Track shipments and manage import costing, duty, and logistics follow-up.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in importing goods from China (minimum 1 years).
- Must have existing vendor connections / sourcing network in China.
- Good understanding of customs procedures and import documentation.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (English mandatory, Chinese language is a plus).
- Knowledge of Alibaba, Made-in-China, or other sourcing platforms.
- Proficient in MS Excel and email correspondence.
