About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day Project operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be the point of contact for staff, vendors, and clients, providing administrative support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate operations, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist with document management, filing systems, and record keeping.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Requirements:
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Project Administration or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
