International Real Estate sales Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and expand our global property sales. The role requires strong networking skills, knowledge of international property markets, and a proven ability to close high-value transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve international property sales targets.
  • Identify and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and global agencies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Organize and attend international property exhibitions, roadshows, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international buyers and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years’ experience in international real estate or luxury property sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and online sales tools.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Mandarin are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
