About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven International Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and expand our global property sales. The role requires strong networking skills, knowledge of international property markets, and a proven ability to close high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve international property sales targets.
- Identify and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and global agencies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Organize and attend international property exhibitions, roadshows, and client meetings.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with international buyers and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and company standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience in international real estate or luxury property sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and online sales tools.
- Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Mandarin are a plus).
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
